What we build

Houses, mostly. Lots of them.

Our work is new residential construction for home builders: production neighborhoods, custom homes and the occasional townhome building.

Framing

We frame floors, walls and roofs from the builder's plans and truss package. Our leads check plate layout against the plan before the first wall stands, and the frame walk with the superintendent happens before we call a house done.

  • Floor systems and subfloor
  • Wall framing and sheathing
  • Stairs and landings
  • Roof framing, trusses and fascia
  • Porches, covered patios and decks on new homes

Drywall

Hanging, taping, finishing and texture to the builder's standard. Because our framers built the walls, our hangers already know where the blocking is.

  • Hang and screw-off
  • Tape, bed and finish
  • Texture and smooth finishes
  • Garage and fire-separation walls per plan
  • Patch work after other trades

Finish carpentry

Interior doors, base, casing, window stools, closet shelving and stair parts. Trim is set after paint prep and before the final clean.

  • Interior doors and hardware prep
  • Base, casing and crown
  • Closet shelving and rods
  • Stair parts and handrail
